This notice explains what Bradley Bowden collects through this website and why.

What we collect

When you use the calorie calculator we collect your first name, email address and the details you enter (goal, sex, age, height, weight, activity, steps and training frequency) along with your results. When you apply for coaching we collect your name, email, mobile number, goal and anything you choose to tell us.

Why

To send you your results, reply to your application and, where you've agreed, send you training and nutrition tips. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any email or using the unsubscribe link.

Who sees it

Only Bradley Bowden. Your details are stored with our email provider, Kit (kit.com), and are never sold. Payments for the membership are handled by Kahunas under their own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Contact us and we'll sort it.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Calculator results are estimates for healthy adults and are not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have a history of disordered eating, speak to your GP before changing your diet or training.
